YOU HAVE A PROPERTY FOR RENT. HOW CAN I APPLY?
The Rental Application can be completed on our website and submitted in person (with the application fee) or online by submitting and paying electronically. Please note that there is a $5 convenience fee for paying online. All prerequisites must be met before an application will be considered by the landlord.

HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?
You can pay your rent electronically by completing the automatic rent payment form, or you can mail or deliver a check to our office which is: West USA Realty
WHAT IF SOMETHING BREAKS AT MY HOME?
Please call all work orders into our office at this number: XXX-XXX-XXXX or complete a work order request here. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm so that is the best time to contact us with a request. Should you encounter an emergency please contact us immediately.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TENANT?
Many tenants are not aware of certain responsibilities they have when renting a home. We place great value in our tenant’s ability to treat their rental unit like it is their own property. We even go so far as to offer financial incentives for their cooperation with maintaining the unit in the same condition that they received it in.
We send out monthly reminders to tenants to assist with this process. Some of these reminders are smoke detector maintenance, air filter servicing, and landscaping requirements. By working together we are able to ensure all our rental homes remain in excellent shape while also helping pave the way for a full tenant security deposit refund at the end of their lease agreement.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A FACE TO FACE MEETING. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We love meeting our tenants! Our schedules are constantly changing. We require that all residents make an appointment to meet with a member of our team. We value your time and have found that this is the best wait to avoid any wait times for our clients. We are currently practicing best safe distancing practices by wearing masks and social distancing.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFO?
Any time your contact info changes we ask that you notify us in writing. The can easily be done by following our contact update form. Failure to notify us of the changes could result in penalty should we not be able to locate you using the previously provided information.
